Our conference room measures 8.0 metres by 3.4 metres with a door opening on to a pleasant courtyard. Seating can be arranged in theatre, boardroom or classroom style.

The equipment includes a 1.85m x 1.85m screen, an overhead projector, a Kodak Carousel 35mm slide projector with remote and a flip chart. For a small additional charge, we can also supply an HP Digital Projector.

You can now hire our meeting room at Countryside Conferences for just £75 for the whole day including tea, coffee and biscuits. We can accommodate up to 18 delegates and have disabled facilities. There is also lots of free parking.
